Welcome to NovaGo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AMBER OFFICE SUPPORT LTD ("we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the NovaGo mobile application ("App").

• Withdrawal Services: Ability to convert earned rewards into real monetary value
• Referral Programme: Invite friends and earn additional rewards
• User Profile Management: Personal dashboard and account settings

2.2 Service Modifications

• We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of our services at any time
• We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible

• You may not post or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• You may not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• You may not spam, harass, or engage in abusive behaviour towards other users

3.3 System Integrity

• You may not interfere with the App's operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access
• You may not introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
• You may not attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls

4. Rewards, Points, and Virtual Currency

4.1 Earning Rewards

• Completing tasks and activities grants points, coins, or other virtual rewards
• Reward amounts are determined by us and may vary based on task difficulty and availability
• Rewards are subject to verification and may be delayed for security purposes

4.2 Reward Value and Redemption

• Virtual rewards can be converted to real monetary value through our withdrawal system
• Conversion rates and minimum withdrawal amounts are set by us and may change
• Withdrawal processing times may vary and are subject to verification procedures
• We reserve the right to limit or refuse withdrawal requests in cases of suspected fraud

4.3 Reward Forfeiture

• We reserve the right to cancel, reduce, or forfeit rewards in case of Terms violations
• Rewards obtained through fraudulent means will be confiscated

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content in the App, including design, text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• The NovaGo brand, trademarks, and service marks are owned by AMBER OFFICE SUPPORT LTD
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our intellectual property without express written authorisation

5.2 User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you create or submit through the App
• By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use, display, and distribute it within the App
• You represent that you have the right to grant such licence and that your content does not infringe third-party rights

5.3 Third-Party Content

• The App may contain links to or content from third-party services
• We do not own or control third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy or legality
• Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies

6. Privacy and Data Protection
